What Our Members Say
⭐ Over 98% of our Member's reviews recommend Legacy Assurance Plan to family and friends
See why thousands choose Legacy Assurance Plan for their estate planning needs
The Legacy people from start to finish have been exceptional! We began our trust journey early August and had our plan delivered on September 9. Mr. Brandt was knowledgeable and caring to help us through the initial part of the process. He checked on us a couple of times after first meeting with us. We were contacted by other reps to keep us informed as well as schedule attorney and final signing meetings. Our final meeting when we signed our trust documents was pleasant, and we received ALL of the information we needed to for filing papers, changing beneficiaries where applicable, etc. We are very pleased with Legacy's process and care for our trust needs. And, we will continue to have their support if or when we may have changes to make.
Making long term plans such as these can be very overwhelming, but Legacy has been incredible! From day one they have kept in touch to make sure everything was going ok and to make sure we didn't have any questions. Our meetings have been informative and very professional. We are so very thankful for their support and guidance and have such a sense of comfort and peace knowing that our assets are now protected and our family will be guided through the final process of our deaths and finances. Highly, HIGHLY recommend Legacy Assurance.
I'm so glad I contacted Legacy assurance. It was the best decision I could've ever made. They have made the process of protecting our Estate, extremely simple and very thorough. To have a whole team of people helping us along the way is an extra layer of assurance. Again, I say, I couldn't have made a better decision. I feel very organized!
We have been treated with such respect and kindness by Legacy Assurance Plan company. We are pleasantly surprised at how thorough and detailed their Legacy Assurance Revocable Trust is. Every time I have a question, it gets answered. We are very thankful for the professionalism and courteous explanations. Alan Murray, Michael Cooper, Cathy Bassano, Becky Winsor and all others that have helped us are so very valuable to this company. Mr. Cooper knows exactly how to help. The attorney, Kimberly Norton, was thorough and very helpful with legal questions. It's all about peace of mind. Thank you all and God bless!

Each step is designed to provide you with the support and information necessary to navigate this process smoothly. Below, you'll find detailed descriptions of each phase, including timelines and key actions required on your part.
Welcome Call
Within 24 to 48 business hours after you complete your online enrollment, expect a warm welcome from your dedicated Member Relations Coordinator. This initial call serves to:

This call is crucial for ensuring we have all the necessary information to move forward effectively.
To prepare for this call, please set aside approximately 30 to 45 minutes. As part of this process, you'll be asked to provide detailed information about your successors and beneficiaries, including names, addresses, and phone numbers, along with any special instructions you may have related to special circumstances or bequests. You will also be asked to provide information about real estate you own or business interests you may have. Quick action on your part at this stage helps avoid delays in the drafting process.
Plan Drafting
Once your attorney has received all necessary information and your signed engagement letter, they will begin drafting your estate plan. This process typically takes about 30 days.
