David M. McInerney, J.D., LL.M., is chief legal officer of Legacy Assurance Plan and a tax and estate planning attorney with more than 30 years of experience assisting American families.
A graduate of SUNY Oneonta, he earned a Juris Doctor from Cornell and a Master of Laws (Tax) from Georgetown University Law Center.
He has written extensively on numerous topics that include estate planning, guardianship, trust planning, tax efficiency, estate tax reduction, business succession, asset protection, and Medicaid.
Additionally, he oversees a network of more than 40 estate planning attorneys who practice throughout the United States and provide Legacy Assurance Plan members with legal services addressing a broad range of estate and business planning matters.
